Do you offer a warranty on your furniture pieces?
Yes, all Anna Furniture items come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
What is your return policy?
You can return most furniture items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and custom-made orders are final sale.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We offer up to five complimentary fabric swatches so you can see and feel the quality of our materials in your own lighting before making a commitment.
Do you provide assembly services?
If you select our White Glove Delivery service at checkout, our team will handle full assembly, room placement, and removal of all packaging materials.
