Prepare for Pickup or Shipping
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes; for large freight items, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup at your convenience.
Inspection Process
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our resale standards and is free of damage.
Receive Your Refund
